With more than 25 years of successfully litigating employment, discrimination, disability, labor, commercial and business issues, Ms. Adelson, founder of Approved Dispute Resolution, brings her vast experience and dispute resolution skills to her mediation and arbitration practice. Ms. Adelson is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit, Appellate, County and Federal Court Certified mediator, Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, specializing in such areas as employment disputes, disability, discrimination and retaliation, civil rights, contract, and complex business disputes.
Well-versed in the concerns of both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as both employers and employees. Ms. Adelson is especially effective with hostile and litigious parties because of her more than 25 years of litigation and trial experience, as a lawyer handling employment law, discrimination, civil rights, and business dispute cases. She is a creative thinker and has a proven track record of negotiating and resolving these types of cases.
