A 2-hour minimum applies to all mediations.
The cancellation fee applies to all scheduled mediations, regardless of when the mediation was originally booked or confirmed.

Non-recoverable travel time and out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., airline change fees) are billed as incurred. Notice must be received at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement to avoid fees entirely.
Pro Se Deposit Policy

Deposit Required at Time of Booking
Self-represented parties are required to remit a deposit equal to two (2) hours of the applicable mediation rate plus the administrative fee prior to confirmation of the mediation session.

Application to Final Invoice
The deposit paid at booking will be credited in full toward the party’s final invoice upon conclusion of the mediation session.
