All cancellation fees are calculated at the Arbitrator’s hourly rate. Applies to hearings scheduled on the merits of the case. Non-recoverable travel time and out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., airline change fees) split equally between the parties.
Pro Se Deposit Policy (Mediation & Arbitration)

Deposit Required at Time of Booking
Self-represented parties are required to remit a deposit equal to four (4) hours of the applicable rate plus the administrative fee prior to confirmation of the session.

Application to Final Invoice
The deposit paid at booking will be credited in full toward the party’s final invoice upon conclusion of the mediation session.
